Dresstudy, part of the Kyoto Costume Institute's research and publicity activities, is issued every spring and fall. With the perspective that clothing is a "mirror that reflects what is happening in society," the bulletin views fashion study as an interdisciplinary research subject that goes beyond existing boundaries. Ever since its start in 1982, the bulletin has enjoyed the contributions of researchers of various fields.
