KCIは、ノイエ・ミュージアム（ニュルンベルグ、ドイツ）の「ON THE ART OF BUILDING A TEAHOUSE：Excursions into Japanese aesthetics」展（2017年10月27日-2018年2月18日）に協力します。
これは日本の茶道について探求し、その美的概念を美術、建築、写真、デザインなどの現代作品を通して伝える展覧会です。
本展に、畠山直哉氏の写真作品2点が出展されます。この写真は、KCIの「ラグジュアリー：ファッションの欲望」展（2009年　京都国立近代美術館、東京都現代美術館との共催）のために、KCIが所蔵するコム デ ギャルソン作品を畠山氏が撮りおろしたものです。

KCI collaborates with " ON THE ART OF BUILDING A TEAHOUSE " at　Neues Museum, Nürnberg.

The show explores the basic notions of the Japanese tea aesthetic and allows them to be experienced in seven themed sections, and features art, architecture, design and photography.
This show picks out two photographs by Mr. Naoya Hatakeyama featuring COMME des GARÇONS dresses in the KCI collection. He photographed them as an object of KCI's "Luxury in fashion Reconsidered" (2009, The National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto, Museum of contemporary Art Tokyo).
