新型コロナウイルスの感染予防・拡散防止のため、以下の対応で開館いたします。

ご理解・ご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

①予約制による観覧受付
　不特定多数の来館者により展示室内が過度に過密空間とならないよう、
　観覧は１時間１枠３名様までの完全予約制とします。、
　ご予約は予約サイト（https://airrsv.net/kci-gallery/calendar）にて承ります。

②来館者の体温チェック
　エントランスにおいて、体温チェックを実施します。事前予約をされていても、
　当日37.5度以上の熱がある場合はご同行者を含め、入場いただけませんので
　ご了承ください。
　入館時に京都市新型コロナあんしん追跡サービスへの登録をお願いしています。

【お客様へのお願い】
　・入館にはマスクの着用が必要です。未着用の場合はご入館いただけませんので、
　　あらかじめご了承ください。
　・手洗い、手指消毒にご協力をお願いします。
　・人と人との間隔の確保をお願いします。
　・観覧時間は１時間以内とさせていただきます。
　・以下の症状をお感じの方はご来館をお控えください。
　　　発熱のある方、気分がすぐれない方
　　　感染の疑いがある方（自覚症状のある方、感染者と接触した方）
　　　14日以内に海外に渡航歴のある方

【KCIギャラリーの予防対策】
　・スタッフ各自出勤前の検温の実施（37.5℃以上ある場合は自宅待機）
　・本人に自覚症状がある場合、もしくは感染者または感染リスクのある人と濃厚接触
　　した場合は報告を行い、自宅待機
　・マスクの常時着用
　・こまめな手洗い、うがい、手指消毒
　・来館者との一定距離の確保

【ギャラリー入場までの流れ】
①ご予約
　・予約者を含め予約枠1枠で合計3名様まで予約可能です。
　　予約サイト（https://airrsv.net/kci-gallery/calendar）にて、希望日と希望時間枠を
　　１つだけお選びいただき、「お名前･メールアドレス･お電話番号」を入力して下さい。
　　　【9:30-10:30】 【11:00-12:00】 【13:00-14:00】 【14:30-15:30】 【16:00-17:00】
　　予約は1営業日前の17:00まで、予約のキャンセルは当日1時間前までとなります。
　　予約をキャンセルされる場合も、必ず予約サイトからお願いいたします。
　　（キャンセル時は、指定されたアドレスにキャンセル確認メールが届きますので、ご確認下さい。）

　・ご来館時に代表者のお名前をお伺いします。
　・いただいた個人情報はクラスター発生時の連絡以外には使用いたしません。
　　ギャラリー展終了後、1ヶ月後に破棄いたします。

Requests from the KCI Gallery for Reservation

◆ The KCI's Policy in Receiving Visitors:
　The Kyoto Costume Institute (KCI) will take the following measures when receiving visitors to prevent spread of the COVID-19. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

①Reservation required
　To prevent the gallery from getting overcrowded, we accept three or less for every 90 minutes (viewing: 60min. ventilation: 30 min.). You can’t be admitted without the advanced reservation.

②Checking visitors’ body temperature
　At the entrance, we will be checking the visitors’ body temperature. Please acknowledge that everyone in your party will not be permitted to enter the building if one of you has temperature higher than 37.5℃.
We ask our visitors to register for “Kyoto City New Coronavirus ANSHIN TSUISEKI (follow-up Safety) Service”.

③Masks required
　All visitors need to wear masks. You won't be able to enter the building if you don't have it.

【You are kindly requested the following when visiting the KCI Gallery.】
　・Wash and disinfect your hands.
　・Keep distance between people.
　・Each visitor is requested to finish viewing the exhibition within an hour.
　・Refrain from visiting the gallery in order to prevent spread of the COVID-19 if you have any of the following symptoms:
　・You have symptoms of cold.
　・You have a fever over 37.5 ℃.
　・You feel a strong fatigue.
　・You have breathing difficulties.
　・If you have been to any country with ongoing spread of coronavirus within the last two weeks, please refrain from visiting the gallery.

◆Gallery’s countermeasures for COVID-19 prevention:
　The KCI has taken the following measures:
　・Body temperature measurement before commuting by employees and stay-home policy for any staff with flu-like symptoms or a fever over 37.5 ℃.
　・If staff member has close-contact with an individual who is positive with COVID-19, the person should report to the KCI and stay home.
　・Masks for all staff.
　・Handwashing, making sanitary with alcohol, and gargling.
　・We keep distance between people.

◆ Reservation
　・You can book for up to three people including yourself. Click here(Japanese Only) for Reservation.
　・Please select a date and time of your visit.

　　　October 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-29
　　　November 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22, 24-26, 29, 30
　　　December 1-3, 6-10, 13-17, 20-24
　　Timeframe: 1=9:30-10:30, 2=11:00-12:00, 3=13:00-14:00, 4=14:30-15:30, 5=16:00-17:00
　・You can’t make a reservation on the day.
　・The personal information we receive will not be used for anything other than contacting you when COVID-19 cluster occurs. It will be destroyed one month after your visit.

◆Check in Admission
　・Please come to the entrance within the timeframe of your reservation.
　・The main entrance is closed. Please enter from the service entrance which is located in the left side of the main entrance.
　・If you booked for more than one person you need to check in at the same time.
　・You may be asked to show your ID at the entrance.
　・Only guests with a reservation are allowed to enter the gallery. The KCI gallery is located in the fifth level.
