The wide shoulders and pockets extended to the sides create a horizontal outline, while a tight waistline highlights the parallel lines.
These effects are result of Fath's precise cutting technique. During the regulated period, when uniform-like tailored suits were widely worn, women tried to be fashionable by wearing large and decorative hats or turbans to spice up such sober clothing.
