京都服飾文化研究財団（KCI）では、「学芸員」資格の取得を目指す学生を対象に、毎年、博物館実習を行っています。
今年度は6名の学生を迎えました。

資料の保存・管理など、博物館活動の基礎について学ぶ講義に加え、教育プログラムや展覧会の企画にも取り組みました。
また、レプリカドレスの着せ付けや展示空間での照明実習など、KCIならではのプログラムを通して、学芸員に求められる知識や技術を実践的に学びました。
さまざまな実習を通して、博物館の仕事への理解を深める機会となったことと思います。


The Kyoto Costume Institute (KCI) offers an annual Museum Studies Practicum for students seeking to obtain a curator qualification.
This year, six students participated in the program.

In addition to lectures on the fundamentals of museum activities, including the preservation and management of museum collections, the students worked on planning educational programs and exhibitions.

They also gained practical experience through programs unique to KCI, such as dressing replica garments and learning about lighting in exhibition spaces. Through these hands-on experiences, the students developed practical knowledge and skills required of museum curators.

The program provided an opportunity for the students to deepen their understanding of the work of museum professionals.
